Go!Foton Announces a New SELFOC® µ-Fluorescence Detector: the FLE 1100

Leveraging upon the success of the FLE 1000 Fluorescence Detector, Go!Foton announces the availability of a fiber-optic fluorescence detector with up to 0.5 nM* or better sensitivity which is two times higher than the FLE 1000 that it replaces.

The FLE 1100 detector is housed in a very compact body that can be built into other analyzers. The Go!Foton FLE1100 fluorescence detector works in high ambient light, is highly portable, and is vibration resistant. It can be used as a standalone detector or integrated into other instruments such as automatic DNA analyzers, chromatographic measuring instruments such as HPLC, flow cytometers, or customized for instruments including environmental monitors for air or water that test for trace amounts of contaminants or pathogens.

The FLE 1100 is available in three fixed wavelengths: a B type (FITC, FAM, SYBR Green, GFP, etc.), a G Type (Cy3, Resorufin, etc.), and an R type (Cy5, etc.) A UV version will be available shortly.
